What made you decide to do a video on “frozen shoulder” as opposed to something else?
I mean doing a video on “frozen shoulder” is fine but, well, I’m just curious.
I am a mystery, even to myself!
But really, I see way too many people who have limited/painful shoulder range-of-motion, and they just write it off as “my bad shoulder.” I feel like it’s a hidden epidemic in this country, one that would be way more apparent if we still engaged in mutual grooming.
I know it’s been a couple of years since this was posted, but I just found it. I am experiencing frozen shoulder symptoms and looking for help. Are you still posting advice regarding this?
